INTERLIBRARY LOAN INFO The Augusta Library is a member of MeLCat, the statewide catalogue and sharing system. As a patron in good standing, you can access the catalogue and request to borrow books from other libraries right from your home computer. Simply go to mel.org (the Michigan ELibrary website) and click on the link to MeLCat. It will take you directly to a search page where you can begin browsing for the titles you want. Or, your can access the search page directly at http://elibrary.mel.org/search. When you find what you are looking for, look for "GET THIS FOR ME" and click on it. The system will then want to know what library you are from (we are listed under Augusta-Ross Township) and then your name and patron ID (your library account #). That's it! If the item is available, you should get a message immediately that it has been ordered. You will get an email and/or phone call when your item has arrived at our library! WE ARE STILL HAPPY TO ORDER THINGS FOR YOU RIGHT FROM THE LIBRARY, so give us a call if you need at 731-4000.
